@Trev9421 mainly because all they've ever shown is the Kracken I seen snippets of the other bosses but not enough tt really judge...
with Left 4 Dead all the playable characters were just characters to play, you payed whoever fit your personality or whoever you liked but Evolve going the way of classes it dumbs it down a little, now instead of picking who fits you as a person now you have to go with a class...what if the class isn't how you wanna play but you like the character? or the class is you but hate the character? like the first Left 4 Dead i played almost always as Francis because he fits me.....in the second one I played as Ellis or Nick, with friends I'm talkative like Ellis but alone I'm more quiet like Nick....
in a game that's mostly shooter I'd rather not be stuck to a class.....in RPG's I'd rather have a class...
in shooters like L4D, Quake & Halo there's no need for a class system, in games like Skyrim you kinda need a guideline to follow when you build your characters not a loose well since you picked this stone these skills go up faster and since you picked this race these skills start slightly higher....eh, it's not just for gameplay, it's easier to describe to people....

see....by adding a title, a rogue is universal, everyone knows or should know what that is...
I used Skyrim as an example, it does bug me that there isn't a defined class in that game but the adventure kinda overrides it, it won't be the same for a shooter, in the end what they decide to do will be it and if it all works fine, if not it'll be disappointing but the class issue for me is a deal breaker....
