The 23-year-old disclosed his earnings in a recent interview with Spanish newspaper ABC (translated by The Daily Dot), where he discussed his role as captain in competitive gaming team SK Gaming.

Rodriguez totalled his annual earnings at €600,000 to €700,000, equivalent to approximately $950,000. He stated that the amount is made up of a combination of tournament winnings, merchandising income, salary, live streaming games, and personal sponsors.

Speaking about the money he has made, Rodriguez said, "Now is the time to save and help the family."

SK Gaming recently placed seventh during the group stages in the League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) Europe Summer Season and did not progress to the world stage.

LCS is an annual event hosted by League of Legends developer Riot Games. It culminates with the LCS World Championship held at the conclusion of each season. The event sees League of Legends teams from around the world compete for a $2 million prize pool.
