That lawsuit is definitely crazy. If you think that Sony lied to you then ask for a refund ($60), not 5 million dollars. People like him are willing to make fools of themselves for a small chance to become rich. Don't they have any self-respect? The saddest part is that occasionally they win, which encouraging more people to file stupid lawsuits like this one. I'm not too familiar with the US legal system, but doesn't this waste time and resources that could be used for something much more important?
